United StatesI made a purchase for some glasses back in December around Christmas time & I still haven’t received my purchase. It is now mid January.. to my understanding it’s only supposed to take 6-10 business days to arrive. I typed in my tracking number on what seemed to be a shady website & there was no tracking information available for me to review. For all I know Jim Halo never even sent it out in the first place. I’m very disappointed & wont be purchasing from this company again. And I need my refund !
