RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do our best at JIMHALOEYEWEAR.COM to ensure that all frames and lenses are produced to perfection to fit the prescription and specific needs that our customers request. We are confident that you’ll love our product. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your glasses, you are entitled to a one-time, no-questions-asked return for a refund. For specific details, please refer to the following Return Policy:

  1. If you made a mistake during the order, or you simply don’t like the glasses you purchased, you can contact us to request a return(exclude shipping fees).

Note that we only accept the returns of non-prescription glasses, including non-prescription sunglasses, non-prescription blue light glasses,non-prescription glasses with oil-resistant, non-prescription glasses with anti-fog.

All the prescription glasses, photochromic glasses, readers, and name-customized glasses are not accepted for returns since they are specially customized for you. Thanks for your understanding.

 

  1. If there is any quality problem, you have 14 days from the date you receive the glasses to contact us and request a return. We will resend the glasses for you at no charge, or provide a 100% refund.

 

  1. If you find any quality problem after 14 days from the date you receive the glasses, you can contact us to ask for exchanges. Note that we do not provide free shipping for exchange items since they have exceeded 14 days, so you have to pay the shipping fees on your own.

How to Return Your Glasses:

  1. Contact our CustomerService Department at service@jimhalo.com to approve the return.
  2. All returns must be in their original condition and sent in the glasses case and with the lens cleaning cloth provided in the original order.
  3. Package your glasses securely and make sure to include your name, contact information, order number, and reason for returning the glasses.
  4. We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. JIMHALOEYEWEAR.COM is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.
  5. Once your return is received, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  6. Once your refund has been processed, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
