We do our best at JIMHALOEYEWEAR.COM to ensure that all frames and lenses are produced to perfection to fit the prescription and specific needs that our customers request. We are confident that you’ll love our product. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your glasses, you are entitled to a one-time, no-questions-asked return for a refund. For specific details, please refer to the following Return Policy:
Note that we accept returns and exchanges of non-prescription glasses (you have to afford the shipping fees of return or exchange items), including non-prescription sunglasses, non-prescription blue light glasses,non-prescription glasses with oil-resistant, and non-prescription glasses with anti-fog. We would take 30% of lens processing fees for all customized lenses since they are specially customized for you: all prescription glasses, photochromic glasses, readers, and name-customized glasses. 1. If you made a mistake during the order, or you simply don’t like the glasses you purchased, you can contact us at [email protected] or chat on our site to modify or cancel the order within 24 hours, we’ll modify it by free if there’s no price difference or give you 100% refund; If you want to cancel or modify the order already in the lens-making process, we’ll take 10% of the order amount; If you want to cancel or modify the order already in the shipping, we’ll take 30% of the order amount.
2. If you don’t like the glasses you purchased for size or style reason when you receive them, you can choose other frames at our shop and we’ll remake a new pair for you (note that all orders can be exchanged for once only) or give a 100% refund of the amount of the frame and 70% of the lens (all the amount is based on the actual payment amount. If the order is free shipping, we’ll deduct the shipping fee).
3. If there is any quality problem, you have 14 days from the date you receive the glasses to contact us and request a return. We will resend the glasses for you at no charge(note that all orders can be exchanged for once only), or provide a 100% refund.
4. Note: Our 365 days warranty doesn’t support the return or exchange of damaged glasses caused by negligence, accidents, or improper care. If there is any part lost or damaged, such as lost a screw or nose pad or peeling paint, we can provide you parts for repair. Please note that glasses are delicate items and do not use them roughly. How to Return Your Glasses:
- Contact our Customer Service Department at [email protected] to approve the return.
- All returns must be in their original condition and sent in the glasses case and with the lens cleaning cloth provided in the original order.
- Package your glasses securely and make sure to include your name, contact information, order number, and reason for returning the glasses.
- We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. JIMHALOEYEWEAR.COM is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.
- Once your return is received, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Once your refund has been processed, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
