Method of PD measurement

What is PD (Pupillary Distance)?

 What is PD (Pupillary Distance)?

Pupillary Distance (PD) measures the distance between the centers of your pupils. The average PD is between 54-74 mm for adults. Usually, you can find it on your prescription paper after an eye exam.

What is PD (Pupillary Distance)

Why is the PD number Important?

For prescription lenses, they have an “optical center” which depends on the PD. What is PD? PD is used to determine where you look through the lens and it should be accurate if you order prescription glasses. If your PD does not match the centers of your pupils, your vision will be affected. You may feel blurry vision, headache, eye strain, and fatigue. If you order high-prescription glasses with the wrong PD, then things will be worse.

What are Single PD and Dual PD?

What is PD and What are Single PD and Dual PD? Actually, they have the same purpose:  to make your prescription placed accurately.

Single PD is the pupillary distance between the center of one pupil to the other.

Dual PD is usually written like this: 30/31. In this example, 30 is your right eye(OD) measurement, and 31 is your left eye (OS) measurement. It is the distance between the centers of each pupil to the bridge of your nose.

You can use Single PD or Dual PD to order if the number on your left and right eye are almost the same, like 30/31. But if they vary, like number 30/35, Dual PD would be more accurate.

Single PD and Dual PD

What is Distance PD?

Distance PD is often written as “Dist PD” on the prescription paper, it means the distance between the pupils when looking at a distant object.

What is Near PD?

Near PD is the distance between the pupils of the eyes when looking at a near target. Near PD is usually used for making reading glasses.

How to Calculate Near PD if you know your Distance PD?

The difference between Distance PD and near PD is usually about 2-3mm. To get near PD for reading glasses, you only need to subtract 3 mm from your single PD(Distance PD) or subtract 1.5 mm from each eye’s number in your dual PD(Distance PD).

How to Measure Your PD?

Method 1- a Traditional PD measurement method:

  1. Stand about 20 cm away from a mirror with your face parallel to the mirror. Hold the ruler against your brow, keeping it exactly horizontal.
  2. Align the ruler’s zero (0) measurement to the center of your left pupil, then close your right eye. When your eyes look straight, open your right eye and close your left eye. Read the millimeter line with the center of the pupil of your right eye. This is your PD number.
  3. Repeat these steps at least 3 times to get an accurate and consistent measurement.

traditional PD measurement

Method 2- for Apple users:

If you don’t know your PD number, you can measure it by APP, that a good way of PD measurement. Go to the Apple Store, search “zernike” and find an APP called “PD+”. It is a free APP that you can use to measure PD, and you can get both Distance PD and Near PD in this app.

PD+

Method 3- for Android users:

You can download an APP called “GlassesOn | Pupils & Lenses” in Google Play, or you can search “Glasseson APP” in your browser to download it. It is also a free APP, but you may need a standard magnetic card to start. You can get only Distance PD in this APP.

Glasseson APP

The most convenient and accurate method is asking your eye doctor to tell you the PD number when you have an eye exam, but if it is not included in your prescription paper, you can use these PD measurement methods to measure by yourself.

What's blue light?

What’s blue light?

Here we demonstrate the different colors and the wavelengths attributed to each one of them. Now, the longer the wavelength, the less health effects you’re actually gonna see on your eye. So red, green, above 550, you’re not gonna see as many health effects. Violet light, may have heard of a UV light. That’s when it starts getting dangerous, and blue light is right on that same hinge. But we also, wanna show you how the human eye works, so you can understand how you even see these different colors.

blue light

Right here, you have the human eye. There’s the optic nerve, cornea, pupil, lens, retina. Right here, when the light comes in, it goes through the eye, goes right here to the retina and then hits. These photo receptors are what allow you to see color. And there’s four types of these photo receptors. Three of them being cones. One of them being rods. The cones are red, green, and blue, and they allow you to see color in the daytime. Rods allow you to see at night without any color.

Let’s talk blue light and your health. The most evidence we have in the way that blue light affects your health is through our biological clock. Also known as our circadian rhythm. Blue light actually suppresses melatonin. That’s a hormone released in our brains to make us sleepy, to help us fall asleep at night, and stay asleep during the night. Now, if you’re exposing yourself to a lot of blue light at night, immediately before going to sleep, that can make you less sleepy. As you can imagine, that’s problematic.

All different types of light can actually suppress your melatonin hormone. That’s why in all my sleep videos, I recommend keeping it as dim as possible before bedtime. But that being said, Harvard actually studied it and compared blue light to green light, and they found blue light suppressed melatonin almost twice as much as green light, and shifted your circadian rhythm twice as much as compared to green light three hours to one and a half hours.

Now, that’s not all bad news. When you wake up in the morning. The first thing I tell you guys is to open up your shades. The reason is, the sunshine that has a lot of blue light in it, will actually suppress that melatonin hormone, making you less sleepy, more alert and resetting your circadian rhythm, so you can fall asleep easier for the following night. This actually brings up an interesting dilemma because as we’re moving to become more energy efficient, we’re using more LED lamps, more fluorescent lights, as opposed to the traditional incandescent light bulbs. And while that’s great for the environment, that may come at a personal health cost.

So how do we balance this moving forward? I think in the future, we’re gonna have lamps that release blue light, but perhaps the coverings of the lamps can actually filter some of that blue light out. Unless we have a major innovation in the next five to 10 years, which can also be a possibility.

Let’s talk about a couple of health conditions for your eyes where blue light is not necessarily the culprit.

Starting off with eyestrain. Digital eye strain, also known as computer vision syndrome. This happens when we’re staring at a computer, TV, cell phone screen. When you do that for a long period of time, people tend to develop this eye strain, this eye fatigue. The real reason this occurs, is from that intense focus that happens, leading to muscle fatigue around your eye. And also because when you’re that focused, you’re not blinking as much, and not blinking as much leads to more dryness, which leads to irritation, burning, stinging. And guess what? I have a few tips for you on how to battle that eyestrain.

  1. You want to be at least two feet awayfrom your computer screen.
  2. If you’re gonna bestaring at a computer screenfor a really long period of time, think about using eye lubricating drops.
  3. This one is my all time favorite, 20/20/20 rule. Every 20 minutes, you want to stare at a point that’s 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. This wall out your eyes to relax, the muscles to recover, and for your focus to regain. This is the most important step in preventing or treating digital eye strain.

Macular Degeneration. This is the center portion of your retina. And if you lose your macula, if you have degeneration, you actually lose the central part of your vision. There’s been some evidence linking UV and blue light exposure to the acceleration of age related macular degeneration. But here’s what we actually found. It takes an enormous amount of blue light to actually do damage to this part of your retina. So if you stare at the sun where there’s a tremendous amount of blue light, absolutely you can cause yourself some damage. But when we look at research and we see the amounts that you’re getting from your screens, it’s a lot less and probably not enough to the degree to cause significant damage. In fact, when you compare blue light exposure from electronics to aging, smoking, being overweight, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, the electronics are just a minimal risk and not something you should spend a lot of time thinking or worrying about.

So how do we protect ourselves from blue light affecting our ability to fall asleep and altering our biological clocks? My recommendations actually fall in line with Harvard Public School of Health.

  • First, get rid of the screens at least two hours before bedtime, maybe even three hours if you can.
  • Two, use dim lights before bedtime, ideally red dim lights. Red lights are less likely to shift your circadian rhythm and affect your sleep.
  • Three, consider blue light blocking glasses if you have late shifts or have work to do at night. Glasses I’m wearing right now are actually filtering out blue light. And I wear them when I watch videos late at night on the computer. I’m a big fan of all the different styles that Jim Halo has.

Makeup Tips with Glasses

Makeup Tips with Glasses

Today I’ll be sharing with you guys the highly requested glasses makeup look that I’ve been rocking with my new frames. Jim Halo is an online glasses store that you can go to and handle all types of glasses including sunglasses, blue light glasses and prescription lenses based on your needs.

Let’s get into the makeup tutorial. Starting off with a clean face. I’m priming my skin with the Marc Jacobs coconut primer and I love this one. It’s super super hydrating and it keeps my makeup on all day long and also helps my oils stay at bay which I really really need because I have oily skin.

On top of that I’m using my tacha soap canvas on any of my more porous areas and t-zone to kind of just blur out my skin and make it look super nice for foundation. And today I’m using my new one from Lancome. I love this foundation, especially in one of my glasses, because it does not budge. Whatsoever it’s my current favorite foundation because I have oily skin and it tends to slip and slide no matter what I use especially when I wear my glasses. Because little nose things like rubbing on my nose, my makeup may looks really bad. So I highly recommend any of the products I’m using today specifically when I wear my glasses. Because it’s so easy to splurge my makeup

Anyway, I’m also spot concealing right here with the new fancy concealer. I am a huge fan of it and on top of that I’m using it their new powder. Okay I’m applying this directly onto my nose and under my eyes a lot. I’m kind of just layering up the powder and what I love about this powder is that it does not look cakey no matter how much I put on. That is perfect for on my nose area, because I don’t want it to smudge or anything and it looks perfect throughout the whole entire day.

I’ll be filling in my eyebrows as well. Because when you wear your glasses, it’s kind of framing your eyes but you need something on the outside of your glasses as well. It’s kind of just draw the attention elsewhere so it doesn’t look like you’re just wearing like circles on your face. Whatever shape your glasses are, I like to fill my eyebrows a little darker when I’m wearing my glasses so that it looks more put together on my face. And here use brow products to fill it in with my natural shape just a little bit darker than usual. I just brush all my brow hairs up and it makes sure they’re all team I don’t conceal anything anymore. Because I kind of like this more natural brow look but it’s just slightly deeper on the end which i think looks really good with glasses.

Then for the rest of my face makeup, I’m going to be a bronzing up my face per usual and I kind of just I don’t like sculpt my face. I love the warmth of a bronzer so that’s what I’m doing and then I’m brushing it on my nose to give it a bit of contour, not too much. And then, of course, I’m going in with some blush and I currently love a little bit of color. My everyday makeup look this part, it’s nothing too special. The only thing different is the highlighter I’ve been using Nastasia and breezy, brushing it on my face per usual and also on my nose and in my inner eye corners. I always do that, and it also helps my glasses just to bring some more brightness to the eyes through the lens.

Then to start off the eye makeup, I’m applying some mascara off camera but here is the most important part to me. It is the eye liner in here I’m just using a simple brown pencil liner, but I’m doing a more winged extended look a little longer than I would usually do winged eyeliner but I feel like this is the most important part for me, because without eyeliner or without any eye makeup when I wear my glasses, my eyes look smaller or they look a little hidden behind the lens. So I always do a bit of a more dramatic eyeliner look to make my eyes bigger or brighter. I also applied a little bit of eyeliner on my lower lash line and pop on some lashes and these ones do not touch the lens on your glasses which is a must. Because that can get really really annoying, but anyway I’m doing it now.

My lips, the final touch. I am either usually going for a bright kind of red peachy look or I’m going with a simple nude like my everyday makeup.

Any of these combos are what I usually go for because it just makes me feel more confident and that completes my daily makeup for glasses.

That’s all for today, hope to share more beauty tips with you guys next time.

How to Choose a Pair of Anti-UV Sunglasses?

How to Choose a Pair of Anti-UV Sunglasses?

Sunglasses and fashion are inseparable. Once you put on sunglasses, you would feel a kind of difference in seconds.

1. UV protection

Dark-colored sunglasses do not mean that they are UV protective, while light or colorless does not mean that they cannot anti UV rays.

If you are also wearing optical glasses, it usually has a UV protection function. It should be said that most of the optical lenses currently on the market have UV protection, and the sun protection index is not low.

The UV protective ability of the lens mainly depends on the UV value.

If the lens marks anti UV400, it means that it can block 99% of ultraviolet rays below 400nm, including UVA, UVB, and UVC.

2. Polarized lens

Some sunglasses use polarized lenses. What does this mean? Look at the picture below.river with glare

The bright and dazzling reflected light on the water surface in the picture is polarized light. If you are outdoors on a sunny day, there will be such diffusely reflected polarized light everywhere, which will stimulate our eyes and make us unable to see the real scenery.

What happens if we wear polarized lens sunglasses?

polarized glasses

When wearing polarized lenses, you can find that your eyesight has improved and you can see more clearly.

Whether it is day or night, polarized lenses can filter out some strong reflected light, allowing you to see more clearly.

3. Color

The color of sunglasses has nothing to do with UV protective ability, but it relates to how much light is weakened, and the visual effects.

1) The gray lens can effectively reduce the intensity of the light without changing the color of the object. Visible light in bright sunlight is also harmful to the eyes, so weakening the light is a way to protect our eyes.

2) The brown lens can block some blue light, but the color of the object may seem to change a little. It is suitable for the occasions like snow, water, beaches, etc.

3) Yellow/amber blocks most of the blue light, but the color of the object may change significantly. This color lens is suitable for viewing mobile phones, computers, etc. (effectively filter blue light)

4. The bigger, the better

If you want to achieve the best UV protection effect, in addition to the sun protection index of the lens, there is a secret: The bigger the better.big frame sunglasses

OK, do you get your own ideas of choosing sunglasses now?

1. Square Shape Face

If you have a strong chin, wide cheekbones, and have a broad forehead, then you have a square shape face. For colors, you can have a try of most colored lenses.round sunglasses

2. Round Shape Face

If you have a small chin, narrow forehead, and full cheeks, then you have a round face. You should avoid choosing these oversized or round sunglasses since they can make your face even rounder and somehow a little childish. Apart from this suggestion, it’s better to choose dark color sunglasses for round shape face. Because bright colors will make your face look bigger. Those thick frames and angular sunglasses would be good choices for you. Our suggestion to improve your look is to choose a square shape or cat-eye sunglasses.

If you have a narrow chin but a broad forehead and wide cheekbones, then you have a heart shape face. So you’d better choose frames that do not look too small for the top half of the face. And avoid wearing oversized sunglasses because they may make your chin look so small. For heart shape faces, we recommend cat-eye sunglasses, round sunglasses, and also square sunglasses.Trendy Square Sunglasses | Radomil

10 Struggles People Wearing Glasses May Have

People who wear glasses may meet some situations that people who don’t wear glasses don’t know. Today we’ll talk about what troubles people wearing glasses may meet.

  1. When you watch a film in the cinema, you may find that your face can only handle one pair of glasses which makes it difficult to watch a 3D movie. You may complain to your friend, “I’m not able to see anything.” Then he’ll tell you, “So go to sleep. And let me watch it in peace.”watch a film

  1. You just finished your makeup and put on your glasses. Then you find that mascara is on the lenses which always makes you annoyed.

  1. When there is a sudden rain, your friends may say to you, “Bro, getting wet in the rain is just too much fun.”But you wish your glasses have wipers.

  1. When you go dancing, your glasses are really easy to fall and then they’ll get broken by others. Every dance becomes a “break”

  1. When watching TV at home, you want to lie down comfortably, but there is always uncomfortable to lie when wearing glasses. Comfort is not an option. You have to sit and watch TV.watch TV
  1. Glasses can also get in the way of romance. When you want to kiss your boyfriend or girlfriend, always need to take off the glasses.

  1. When you have time, you may spend hours getting your glasses spotless since you think they’re unclear all the time.

  1. When you wear new glasses in the office. Your colleague may come and say, “Wow, new glasses!”Wow, new color! I like it!” They may take it off your face and have a try on. Maybe someone may say, “These are so powerful. It will make me go blind, you only keep it.” After trying on, your glasses become so dirty but no one cares.

  1. When you inhale deeply of your cooking or coffee, there is always fog on your glasses.

  1. When you’re taking a picture or video with others. You just look at the wrong side. “The camera is in this side.” Yes, you may meet this awkward moment sometimes.

Are You Moving Away from Consumerism Recently?

Are You Moving Away from Consumerism Recently?

Some fashion bloggers and influencers may still be concerned about what’s the most stylish and recent trend, but to be honest, the pandemic has shifted the predicted trend this year. This change is not only happening in the fashion field but in almost all industries.

We can easily find it is hard to see any shows about the eyewear industry to take place. For the past years, we can go to exhibitions and shows to know the latest trends of eyewear fashion, but for these two years, we go nowhere.

Though all the facts happened, it doesn’t mean that nothing happens in the eyewear trend. We can still remember the vintage styles on-trend last year. All the things are still moving on though it’s slower than before. New collections from Jim Halo will still come out each month while some brands’ new-in launches have been reduced. We even make an update of our designs this year to give our fans more unique choices.

Yep, we know that there will be less choice for consumers since brands may have concerns. However, some consumers may also be more conservative in consumption than before. In such a circumstance, many consumers may purchase high-quality needed products instead of their consumerism before.

For eyewear trends, we can find people are more like to choose glasses in simplicity and metal frames. Because of the situation, more people have to stay at home and work at home. This in degree increase the time of using eyes. So this may cause problems, like eye strain, headache. In this way, some simple and clean frames will be favored by them. They need prescription glasses or blue light glasses to protect their eyes better. Jim Halo also introduces a new series of “LIGHTER” at our shop this year, hoping to give you a better digital user experience and block the harmful light for you. If you’re interested at stylish blue light glasses, you can click here to visit and find yours.

How to choose the color of sunglasses

How to choose the color of sunglasses

Sunglasses, also called shades, are used for shading. People usually adjust the luminous flux by adjusting the size of their pupils in the sun. When the light intensity exceeds the adjustment ability of the human eyes, it will cause damage to the human eyes. Therefore, many people use sunglasses to block the sun and reduce the fatigue caused by eye adjustment or the damage caused by strong light stimulation when they are outdoors.

Those who like traveling would like to wear sunglasses to reduce the exposure of ultraviolet rays to the eyes. And as we know, sunglasses come in various colors. What color of sunglasses should we choose? Let us share the tips of sunglasses color choosing.

First comes the brown sunglasses. The brown sunglasses can fully absorb ultraviolet and infrared rays. The soft brown color can improve the clarity of vision and make the eyes comfortable, especially in dusty and foggy weather.Trendy Irregular Sunglasses | Regan

For those who often drive or be outdoors, you can choose neutral color sunglasses, such as gray. The gray lens will weaken the light and show the true color of the object itself. It is the most ideal lens color.Trendy Square Sunglasses | Radomil

Green sunglasses are also a neutral color. Green sunglasses can effectively absorb ultraviolet rays, protect the eyes as well as make the eyes comfortable, but the green lenses will change the color of the objects seen by the eyes and affect the visual effect. But it’s good for some young friends who pursue fashion.Trendy IrregularSunglasses | Raymond

Silver sunglasses have a reflective silver coating on the lens. They are sunglasses that can reflect strong sunlight and are especially suitable for wearing on snow or outdoors when suffering from strong sunlight.Trendy Irregular Sunglasses | Raymond

Yellow sunglasses are also a good choice. Yellow sunglasses can not only fully absorb ultraviolet rays, but also absorb the blue light emitted by sunlight. After eliminating the blue light, the vision will be clearer. It is the best choice for hunting under strong light.

Red and blue colored lenses are not effective in protecting the eyes. The red lens has a poor blocking effect while blue lenses will cause blue light to irritate the eyes. It is not recommended for you to wear them when having strong sunlight, but these two colors of glasses can be used as decorations.

How to avoid glasses fogging up when wearing a mask

How to avoid glasses fogging up when wearing a mask

All of our wishes is overcome Covid-19 this year. But during the period, we have to wear a mask while in public to avoid spreading Covid-19. When going to the grocery stores, supermarkets, and restaurants, masks are must-have now.

avoid fog up of glasses

We’ve made some simple tips to help those who wear glasses avoid glasses fogging up when wearing a mask.

-Be sure your mask is fitted your face well

When the air inside your mask escape, your glasses may easily fog up. For colder weather, the situation can be worse. Things can be better if you can get ahold of a pipe cleaner and make a DIY to add a piece to the top of the mask. Then the mask can be fitted well.

-Wash your glasses with soap before wearing it

Before wearing your glasses, you can wash them in soap water. And make sure to shake off all the soap water remaining.  After then, use the cleaning cloth to wipe it dry. It may do some help to reduce the fog possibility when wearing a mask.

-Adjust your glasses and mask in the proper position

You can make an adjustment of your mask a little lower to reduce the fog of your glasses. But if you have a high prescription, that might work since it may affect your eye vision. One thing please remember, do not touch your face, nose with dirty hands.

Do we need to wear sunglasses in Winter?

Do we need to wear sunglasses in Winter?

Once we mentioned winter, we may think about hats, scarves and gloves. They are no doubt basic necessities in winter. However, few of us think about sunglasses. Sunglasses are more like summer equipment, don’t they?  That’s in fact not right! As for everyone, protecting our eyes in winter is as important as in warm seasons, since ultraviolet radiation is so dangerous to our eyes, especially from November to March.winter landscape

In summer, sunglasses are an essential part of your travel equipment. Not only because the sunglasses look fashionable, but also because they protect our eyes from strong light. However, many of us do not realize that harmful ultraviolet rays are much more dangerous in winter than in summer. In summer, the green environment reflects only about 6% of the light, while for snow, this number is close to 96%. Only sunglasses equipped with high-quality lenses can provide effective protection for our eyes and prevent eye inflammation or more serious conditions. This is because the sunlight contains high ultraviolet energy, which can cause retinal damage. All these indicate that high-quality sunglasses is a wise investment for all seasons.

Dry or Red Eyes? Winter Vibes Cannot be Bothered

Dry or Red Eyes? Winter Vibes Cannot be Bothered

Snow, oversized coat, all the lights in the street are my favorites. But there is one thing that sometimes annoys me, that is, allergies.

Stay away from Ragweed and don’t let them ruin your winter vibes. Today, we’ll introduce some tips for you to take care of your eyes this season.

1. Maintain hydration of your eyes

Allergies will make your eyes dry, so you’d better use artificial tears to hydrate your eyes from time to time. If there’s any dust on your eyes, it will help flush them out and make your eyes clear and comfortable.

2. Use daily disposables

If you don’t want to soak it after one day, it would be a good idea to wear daily disposables. Make sure to wear clean contacts every day. This easy step will make you feel fresh all day long.

Use daily disposables

3. Rub eyes isn’t a good habit

Don’t often rub your eyes, it will cause the allergens to move around and then irritate your eyes. Sometimes, your contacts might be folded or move around when you rub. And remember to keep your hands clean when touching your eyes or contacts.

4. Wear eyeglasses

Blue light glasses are gaining in popularity and as we wear them more and more they need to be clean to provide the best acuity possible. We will give you some expert cleaning tips for your computer glasses or blue light blocking glasses.

First of all, I’m going to tell you how to clean your computer glasses. Computer glasses are a type of blue light glasses that filter small amounts of blue light during the day. As their name suggests they are to be used while working on a computer and filter down on harmful blue light. These computer glasses typically do not have a tint applied to their lenses, instead, they have blue light filtering technology applied to them or impregnated into the lens itself.

The best way to clean these types of glasses is by two methods. One is our preferred method make a warm bowl of water and dip your blue lights computer glasses into them and rub the lenses with a clean dishcloth. We like to have warm water poured into a clean bowl for hygiene purposes then leave your glasses to dry for a few minutes and then drink gently, rub them dry with the blue blocks cleaning cloth provided. The second method actually works very well at cleaning computer glasses itself but I have the caveat this involves chemicals that we’re not too excited about. I personally don’t like to use them, but if you want to use them it’s totally up to you. Your optometrist will sell lens cleaning solutions that could be sprayed onto your blue light computer glass lenses and then gently rubbed clean with the blue blocks cleaning cloth that has been provided. This will probably give you a better result than option one.

Now let’s get on to how to clean your blue light glasses. Now, these will be either your summer glow yellow lenses from blue blocks or your red sleep Plus lenses from blue blocks chances. Are you already have a pair of the best polite glasses from blue blocks. But now you need to know how to clean those blue light glasses in order to properly care for them and allow them to last forever. Most blue light-blocking glasses have lenses that have been tinted. This tint must be cared for and maintained in order for your blue light glasses to last a long time. There are two ways again to clean your blue light glasses. NO.1, run the tap or to my American cousins the faucet on hot option until you see some light steam arise, place your blue light glasses near to the steam turning them around to ensure the lenses fog. Ah, don’t put them directly under the hot water, that would not be a good idea. Turn off the tap faucet and then gently clean your blue light glasses with the blue blocks cleaning cloth provided. Do not use boiling water just light steam is required. NO. 2, make a warm bowl of water and dip your blue light glasses into them and rub the lenses. Clean with the dishcloth like we did with the blue light computer glasses. We like to have our own warm water poured it into a clean bowl again the hygiene purposes you don’t want to be putting it in a bowl that has food in it. Then leave your glasses to dry again for a few minutes and drop gently rub them dry with the blue block cleaning cloth provided.

Either of the above methods works really well but for sterilization and hygiene purposes option one is always the preferred option. So in order to maintain the integrity of your blue light glasses from blue blocks and also your computer glasses from blue blocks. It’s best to know how to clean these glasses properly, this will ensure that they last a long time and continue to protect your health optimally from the dangers of blue and green light.
